Return/Refund/Exchange Policy


We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent by you to the following address: Sri Mathangi Apparels, 7/5(4/5), 1st Cross Street, Jeth Nagar, Mandaveli, Chennai-600028 Tamil Nadu, India.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like  custom products (such as special orders or altered/personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 

Our Exchange Process

We process exchanges as two separate transactions to ensure you get your new items as quickly as possible. You have two convenient ways to handle this:

Option 1: The Store Credit Path (No Out-of-Pocket Cost)

  1. Return your original items to us.

  2. Once processed, we will issue you Store Credit.

  3. Use that credit to place a new order for your preferred size or style.

Option 2: The Fast-Track Path (Get it Sooner)

  1. Place a new order immediately using your preferred payment method to secure your items before they sell out.

  2. Return the original items.

  3. We will issue a refund to your original payment method once your return is received and processed.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping charges will not be refunded for exchanges.  

Shipping charges for return and exchange shipping will be added to the order.
